After struggling with my weight for 25 years, I developed a 3 Systems of Health Consciousness™ model and designed a Personal Health Leadership™ program for myself. 

I lost 20kg in 12 months, in happy, healthy ways, and I’ve kept it off for the last 13 years.  

I’m 58 now and in the prime of my life, mentally, emotionally and physically. I’m not winding down thinking about retirement, I’m winding up, looking ahead at what I can build and experience for the next 40+ years.  

I am now a Brisbane based Personal Health Leadership™ Coach & Trainer, specialising changing habits and behaviours & preventing habit relapse so you can break the weight loss/weight gain cycle.

I have over 35 years’ experience and knowledge in health management, understanding and changing habits and behaviours and what causes habit relapse
