Today, I want to share with you how you can create a big change in your health habits by just dedicating 2 minutes every day + consistency with minimum effort and focused attention to make yourself do exercise.

To stay consistent with your exercise, you have to have a fail-safe way of doing your exercise.
For me, I have a two-minute rule.
My 2-minute rule says that on the days when I don't feel like doing my exercise, I tell myself,
"Okay, let's just do 2 minutes of exercise."
Why 2 minutes, Katie?
Well, 2 minutes is easy, right?
Everyone has 2 minutes and you don't even need to change your clothes or your shoes to do it. So, you have no excuse.
What I do is I put on music and dance and once I start dancing, I start to feel good and when I start to feel good, I want to do more.
So really, your exercise does not have to be rigorous. It just has to be fun, enjoyable, and easy for you so you would want to do more and stay consistent.
But it's just 2 minutes, will it give me the result I want?
It won't give you instant results, of course, but if you stay consistent, in the long run, you will get the results you want.
The result may be far off ahead but over the long distance of time, you will create sustainable habit change which will lead to sustainable weight loss and personal transformation.
