I became a Dietless Living expert after being stuck in dieting hell for 25 years.

It didn’t matter what I did, nothing ever addressed or resolved the underlying issue behind my weight problem.

I’d reached a few crisis points over my life and each time I cleaned up my life and went to the next level in health and wellness.

Over 25 years I tried every diet, exercise program, alternative wellness programs, talking therapies and a full range of body and healing workers, and moved my life to all things organic, took every pill, powder and potion, but none of it gave me control of the driving force inside me.

In that time I also became a Master of NLP & Neuro Re-Patterning, Kinesiology, became professionally trained in Ericksonian Hypnosis, Results Coaching & Subconscious Reprograming, Suicide Intervention Skills, Pyschosomatic Therapies and studied to be a Naturopath because I wanted to know what drives our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Learning about human behaviour and what drives us became my passion and how I spent all my spare time. Learning all I could about psychology, neurology, biology and physiology, grief, trauma and anxiety, unconscious triggers, mindset and overcoming addictions.

I read, attended courses and applied what I learned, yet nothing stopped that driving force that would ultimately derail my good eating habits and cause me to fall off dieting wagons and put weight back on.

I knew I was living holistically; eating well, embracing wellness programs, exercise, organic food & lifestyle, getting good sleep, positive thinking and mindfulness.

Yet, there I was, at crisis point again, burnout and in a state of despair and fatigue because I didn’t know how to stop the yo yo dieting..

On new years day 2011 I decided to combine everything I’d learned in the last 25 years and created a completely new model to live by.
I developed a complete system of strategies and interventions to eliminate stress and impulse eating.

I totally focused on enjoyment.

I completely gave up all thoughts of dieting.

I stopped weighing food and myself and I stopped making myself go to the gym to do strenuous workouts that made me tired and hurt my body.

I ate what I wanted when I wanted.

I only did the exercise I loved and I only did it when it suited me and how much suited me.

I didn’t give a hoot about anything other than listening to myself and stopping the war within me.

My life, weight and health completely transformed in those 12 short months.
