I recently got a question saying,
"Katie, why is it easier to create bad habits than creating and sticking to good ones?
That's a pretty fair question, isn't it?
Why is it so hard to create and stick to good habits and very easy to slip or relapse back to the old bad ones?
If you can relate to this, I invite to watch this video I recently made where I talked about this topic.
I just thought it would interest you or you might know someone who will.
If you find this video helpful, please it to your friends, give me a thumbs up so I would know that this content is something you are interested in.
In the meantime, love what you create.
Today, I want to share with you how you can create a big change in your health habits by just dedicating 2 minutes every day + consistency with minimum effort and focused attention to make yourself do exercise.
To maintain great health, you have to be consistent with the maintenance of your body;
keeping it exercised
keeping it moving
keeping it supple
keeping it flexible
keeping it strong
Benefits of consistent movement or exercise help;
build body strength
gives your mind a lift
manage stress
boost positive feelings
To stay consistent with your exercise, you have to have a fail-safe way of doing your exercise.
For me, I have a two-minute rule.
My 2-minute rule says that on the days when I don't feel like doing my exercise, I tell myself,
"Okay, let's just do 2 minutes of exercise."
Why 2 minutes, Katie?
Well, 2 minutes is easy, right?
Everyone has 2 minutes and you don't even need to change your clothes or your shoes to do it. So, you have no excuse.
What I do is I put on...
Unless you understand your real motivation for losing weight, you will never be able to take control of your weight loss journey.
In this video, I will help you understand the value of understanding your motivation for losing weight. So, you could step into your most extraordinary life with choices, freedom, and control.
Do you compare yourself to other people and is your self talk not very complementary?
Would you rather deepen your relationship with yourself and develop greater confidence?
I'd like to talk to you about comparing ourselves to others because we constantly do it as a human being.
Our brain is constantly doing a rough check of every person and everything to see if we're up to scratch.
People nowadays are constantly comparing our bodies to other people because we are impacted by the standard that society has made.
We see other people losing weight more quickly than we are or maybe getting better results than we are and we think we are not doing enough. And then, we start to feel inferior in some way, we become harsh to ourselves.
How fast you can get to your goal is not the measure of success but rather the moment it takes to get there. It's the journey, it's the process!
When you stop comparing yourself to others;
you show respect to yourself
you treat yourself with kindness...
We are familiar with the word 'COMFORT', aren't we?
The most common being 'COMFORT EATING' which often leads to emotional eating and overeating which leads to being overweight!
But do you know that you can easily stop it by playing a fun little game called "What if?"
In this video, I'll reveal to you the reasons behind your unhelpful comfort behaviors and how you can turn them into helpful behaviours.
